Very poor quality
The hoop is flimsy and does not hold its shape when in use. The connection points are weak and the finish on the product is not great. For the length of wait on delivery, this was a huge waste of my time. The packaging was badly done (wrapped all over in tape so opening it destroyed the box) . I would return it if it was worth the price of repackaging and postage. I have had far better quality of similar items from UK supermarkets at lower prices.
