EXPIRED
It has 12 months of " freshness" - stamped at the bottom of the sack. 10 months ago stamped the date, so two more months left, as of 2022 January.NO costumer service. Does not exist. The aroma is excellent when it is fresh. At the earliest, you get it 3 months after it shipped from Italy. So 9 month is left for "freshness", - at the very best. We ordered 14 times. The coffee is excellent, even not 100% consistent over the 14 bags.

Smooth, creamy, and chocolaty
This was the first bean I bought for my first espresso machine ever. I wanted to start with a blend that is in use in coffee bars in Italy. I don’t I know if the smoothness, creaminess, and chocolate taste of this coffee can be beat. Since I’m new to this I’ll be trying some others, but I definitely know where to return should other coffee blends disappoint. I make 2 double shot cappuccinos daily.

The taste is amazing!
I have tried numerous whole expresso blend selections from Amazon. Filicori Zecchini far exceeds all others! The aroma that fills the air while the expresso is discharged from my machine is divine and raises one's anticipation. The crema delivered is by far the thickest of any previous brands I have tried. The taste and enjoyment is amazing!

Roasting Date is six months ago
I'm writing this based solely on what arrived yesterday. The bag says roasting date is 2/18. Today is 8/16/18. Now I know the origin of it's roasting is Italy and that takes time to get here but this espresso has two strikes against it before trying it. If this espresso pulls-off a descent shot with that roasting date, I'll eat crow. I will follow-up as we begin using it this weekend.

This surpasses all Lavazza offerings…
The Filicori Zecchini espresso blend is our new favorite! We miss the smoothness of this bean (blend) with the Forte but all of your offerings are wonderful. Can’t wait to snag another bag of the Espresso blend when it becomes available! Thank you, Tiff & Eric

I have always been a fan of Lavazza Super Crema, Koffee Kult and others but I have ...
I had to take the time to review these beans as I have tried many kinds over the years. I have always been a fan of Lavazza Super Crema, Koffee Kult and others but I have to say that these beans are my new favorite. Everyone has different tastes but these beans pull a smooth shot, create a thick crema and it is a very balanced espresso. For reference, I use a Breville single-boiler espresso machine and grind the beans fresh, packing the puck myself to get a perfect shot consistently. The flavor is rich and smooth, a bit nutty, strong enough but without the bitterness accompanied with other espresso beans. I make lattes and cappuccinos for friends and they are raving about them!I hope that you give them a chance and feel the same. Again, everyone has a different preference but there is no denying that these are great beans.

Don't ask too much
It's a blend, so first question (self asked) is: origin of the beans? The answer –not actually written, but legitimate conclusion from the text provided– is: why you bothered? We have more than a hundred years in this business and we know perfectly what we are doing. So, refrain your inquisitiveness and taste it: simply superb, a top one.

Best coffee in the market!
My wife and I are snobs when it comes to coffee. This particular bean is our absolute favorite. It has a strong, bold flavor with serious richness and caramel-y tones in it. The Crema it produces is top notch and it never fails to deliver a smile when you get the first sip of coffee in the morning!Fairly consistent in grinding and the smell is incredible as it fills the room!
