I make a smoothie 5-6x week with this fish collagen, Nutiva MCT powder, rice milk, 1 T psyllium husk, and wild blueberries -- the results have been OUTSTANDING! My hair has grown as if it was "on steroids", I have to file my nails 2x week, my skin (eczema, etc) has dramatically improved, people keep saying how GREAT I look (they tell me I "glow"!), I have an abundance of energy, and the MCT takes ALL of my aches and pains away! Whoot! Whoot!I either drink it in the afternoon for a boost, or even sometimes use it as a meal replacement when I am on the go -- being GF, DF, Blood Type Diet, and organic seriously limits outside food options! I use a bullet to make it and screw on the cap -- my friends and Drs always ask me what's in my "shake" when they see me with it. They have ALL seen my improvements and are curious...but few follow up with themselves. THEIR LOSS!

The product seems good, hardly any taste at all. I had an adverse reaction to it (pimples on tongue, inside of mouth). My BF however did very well with it.

Using for back pain and antiaging. Noticed digestion issues and lactose intolerance smoothed over too. Awesome stuff. I also add a little powder to my facials. 👍Awesome stuff!
