This is literally the best for my gut! I now have regular/healthier gut movements and easier time digesting. I got the mango flavor and it actually tastes so good! not like the other gross flavored for powders. this is definitely worth your subscription. it takes time for your body to get fully used to it, i would give it a solid three months before you give up on it.

I don’t think it worked, there are other probiotics that work much better.

The taste isn’t so great, but I mix it with a zero calorie flavored drink mix. I’m on a GLP so I’ve been constipated a little and this has definitely helped. Also helps with bloating. I would buy again, but next time I’m going to try the lemon ginger flavor. I gave 4 stars due to the taste. But it can easily be masked.

Works very well and affordable

This did not work at all. The taste is nasty. Every time I open the pouch the microfine dust go straight up my nose. There's no amount of water to powder ratio that I can get to make it taste good. It did not do what it promised. Since the box is open I can't return it. Very disappointed

My stomach feels lighter and more regular throughout the day. The flavor is mild and easy to drink, and I like that it's clean. No sugar, non-GMO, and vegan.
