The media could not be loaded. Great if you don’t get hacked by the military/ CIA. I have lots of issues with devices. I’m sure they will work great for you! I like the radio and mp3 play back when it works. Seems there are some software issues too... If I try to turn up the volume, I have to pause the music every time with the center button just to turn on the screen to access menus or volume...

Received it last night. We charged it, loaded songs, and within 2 hours of use, it froze on the menu screen. Recharging, turning off overnight, plugging into a computer to remove/add songs, removing and putting back memory chip… nothing has worked to fix it. Extremely disappointing, seeing as how many of the reviews say otherwise that it is a good product. It is not.

This iPod literally broke down the second day after purchasing. I actually bought two of them for my boys but the broke down the second day. I was able to returned them but I will never purchase this product again. Be careful if you are considering buying this iPod.

I bought two of these for my kids. One stopped working before I could finish loading music and making playlists. It powers on, but that's it. I'm returning both.

First day was great, then tried to use it the next day and the buttons were totally unresponsive. Turned off/on, tried to charge, tried removing micro SD and inserting it again, nothing works. Complete disappointment
