Every Thursday is glute day. I’ve been using these every Thursday since I got them, about 4-6 weeks ago, and they have been great. They’re a great price and the quality is fab. I haven’t really noticed any wear and tear on them. I’d say, if they last a year I will be happy with the price I paid to get them. If they’re still good in a year I will still use them but if not I won’t be mad I have to buy another pair because surely by then I’ve gotten my use out of them.

High quality. Good padding. Easy on and off. comfortable to wear and pull with. I am always skeptical of velcro attachments because they can wear out with repeated use, but even if the velcro eventually lets go, the strap will still be secure and safe when pulling.

The whole ankle strap is a foam cushion with a velcro enclosure on the outside so its soft and cushioned against your skin. I haven't had any problems with chaffing or digging in.The purchase includes a pair.It's got two D-rings to hook up to equipment so that it doesn't pull on one end of the strap too much and undo the velcro.

So. I've decided it's time to work out. I've been going to the gym and working with a trainer.One of the exercises is this thing where you strap these to your leg and do all sorts of maneuvers with the weights.I can use the gym's straps but ick. So I bought my own.For a beginner that started at 5lbs and has moved to 50lbs these have worked great for me.They seem durable and they are easy to use.

I love these ankle straps they are sturdy and comfortable I use them on the cable machines. I also love the little bag they come in. It's easy storage and you always know where they are.

Velcro straps fit comfortably, used immediately after receiving. Straps fit my ankles and tighten comfortably and securely. Placed a substantial amount of weight to test Straps. Highly recommend for Male and Female fitness routines.

Works well for me (petite woman) in gym especially during Covid when I needed my own gym equipment since they put these items away. Good product! Can recommend! Glad I have my own now!

Gets the job done. Comfortable but if you have small ankles or wrists, this thing doesn't tighten beyond a point. I use them for lateral raises and they move up my wrist to my forearm area. It sets once it gets to a spot but it is something to consider.
