So this bottle has a safety seal that seems effective. The pills are secured with cotton which you don't see much of anymore. They smell just like turmeric supplements always do. The color is vibrant. The pill isn't huge and is fairly easy to swallow. I have been taking turmeric for several years. I find it to be very effective. I know turmeric works for me because when I go away on vacation and leave my supplements at home, I feel the pain of forgetting them.
