This is a very good product made for kids.Pros:* Watch is simple with not many options to confuse the kids.* Looks wise also good* Most importantly the features that were given to track and call are really wonderful* Voice call is great with a lot of clarity. Video call is equally good. I am pleasantly surprised by the call clarity* Both voice calls & video calls can be initiated from both the sides* You can restrict the calls to the family members only, can remove the dial pads to avoid kids talking to the others etc.* You can also watch and listen to the watch secretly in a situation where it is needed* SOS Panic calling to alert the parents* The watch also has a wifi connection, so it works with the WIFI also.Cons:* Battery is a minor downside of the watch. You would get a day. I think it drains a lot due to the sim card present inside it. But if you charge everyday that's not a problem* GPS fencing is a little hit or miss. It would inform me when my kid is in, but misses to notify when the kid goes out of the fence. Not very reliable. But otherwise, on demand GPS tracking works like a charm.Conclusion:Over all, a great watch. This is really helping me to trace and talk to my kid whenever I want to. I very much recommend this watch.

waste of money , I ordered this watch and first issue is with charging, it is not charging , My return period also completed and unable to return it, so went to authorized service centre in vijayawada, with in 5 days they replaced my product, and it is charging, But the watch is already used one and it is paired to some one else, and unable to pair my watch again, always pairing notification is going to the some one else who used that phone earlier for approval , waste of money . dont buy it

I purchased this for my kid, it has some great qualities. Such as, it is sturdy, has a clear and good camera quality. Also, with SIM it gives superb traceability.It is worth the price. Let's me remain in contact with my kid without giving him a full fledged phone. Can track his location, so his grandparents have lesser stress, can make and recieve calls, so don't have to go searching for my kid in the entire Society.Video call quality is amazing, battery backup is pretty decent. Overall, a smart buy for kids.

Have purchased the BOAT Wanderer and Sekyo Carewpal watches.Starting off,the boat software and interface is better than the Sekyo.Charging time for BOAT is 1 hr while Sekyo takes around 3 hrs.Have an android phone, the BOAT was not easy to set up in my phone and after lot of trial and errors itgot going.Sekyo customer service is top notch. Whatever query i had, they were quick to resolve.Both the phone chargers are bad. Conked off within 3 months of use. Typical Chinese products.We can hear the kids conversation if the child does not pick the call in both phones which is a useful feature.Have not used GPS tracking.Camera is poor in both the phones.Overall, found both phones a tad expensive and not worth the price.

Worst brand, Worst product. Worst customer service. Microphone was not working in the brand new watch. Raised ticket, they collected the product and returned within 2 days saying all is fine and testing report consists of random tests like watch switches on, set time date successful. They didn't test the microphone and just returned the product despite the fact that reporter problem was about microphone. Makes no sense to spend your hard earned money on products sold by such money minting, unethical companies. The problem stays unresolved as of now.
