I wanted to add a fuel shutoff to my old Ariens roto tiller as I needed to do some carb work on the Tecumseh motor. With no shutoff, the fuel spills out as soon as you disconnect the line. This valve worked very well and was easy to install. Unlike some other shutoffs, this one came with 1/4" ID tubing that was also very substantial in feel and worked perfectly connecting to the brass fuel inlet on the carb and the plastic outlet of the tank. I didn't use the provided hose clamps as I prefer the screw-tighten type instead.

Just nice to have a fuel shutoff on my Murry Weed Wacker where there was none before!!!

Used this to install a fuel shutoff in a Cub Cadet snowblower. For some godforsaken reason they decided to eliminate this cheap part, which allows you to run the engine out of fuel after use and prevent the majority of fuel gumming issues in the carbs. Took a little back yard engineering to fit, but it’s in, it works, and I’m happy, with a second spare just 8n case.

This is the best combo you can find for the quality, price, and shipping speed. Great product with no issues thus far.

Does what is says. It shuts off fuel for my mower. Good kit with hose and clamps.
