Great, just roll it thin.
The mix turned out well. The first batch was rolled thin enough and turned out very delicious. As I went on, I didn't get it as thin. So any issue I had was user error. Most of the bad reviews reflect the same issues. It is marked as a mix. If you order in error because you mixed that fact, maybe you should skip the review.

NOT wraps, it's a mix
Thought I was ordering GF Wonton Wraps. Turns out this is a mix that you have to make. I should have read the reviews. Don't but unless you are ready to spend alot of time making the wraps. They were not worth the time and effort.

Good taste, texture not how I expected
I got this to make ragoon nachos, so I rolled them really thin and baked them at 350 for 10 minutes. They actually turned out more like pita so I'm sad I didn't get that wonton texture but now I have something to make pita chips.

So excited I can finally have egg rolls!
This was such an exciting find for me! I miss having egg rolls and wontons. It's a bit of work to mix this up, but I really appreciated how I could roll it out and it actually stretched without breaking and crumbling easily like most gluten free mixes you try, whether pie crust or whatever it may be. It really actually stretches. The only advice I'd give it to roll it even thinner than you think you should or it gets really bread-like and chewy. When I got the hang of it, it made for really amazing egg rolls and crab rangoons. Definitely something I'll purchase again.

Prior to diagnosis i made killer homemade potstickers. It is my favorite food and I only feel like I'm missing out on gluten when potstickers are brought up.Two tries with this mix, I cannot get them thin enough to achieve the right texture. So sad.More like a pierogi.

Crap,makes it appear the are rgg roll wraps its just ingredients to make egg rolls do not buy very difficult to make!
