- These arch support inserts have a pre-molded footbed with a patented dynamic core allows for healthy foot function and optimal alignment.
- Can be molded to your feet in two ways: 1- wear the insole by placing it in your shoes and your footbeds will wear-mold to your feet over time or 2- heat mold the insole by placing the insoles upside down on a backing sheet and heat for 10 minutes at 175 degrees fahrenheit to quickly contour them - then place them in your shoes and and go for a walk. The insoles are molded to your feet within 5 minutes.
