Regulator sometimes acts up but after it is adjusted it works fine

Horrible product
Received this item and everything seemed fine when I opened the box. Tried to use it and it would not start. Looks like the regulator is no good. Tried to get a exchange or refund with no success. Better off paying a little more and have the assurance that you will get better customer service.
