Rajah Chilli Powder Extra Hot 400g

I use this nearly everyday to cook my breakfast. I also add it to other dishes that need to be spiced up. Consistently good and nice and spicy.

A while ago I did evening classes in Indian cooking and at that point I stopped using packaged Indian sauces and learned to make curries the traditional way. If I am cooking for guests, I tend to tone things down a bit and use mild Kashmiri chilli powder. But when cooking for myself I make curries that are fiery like the pits of Hades. I can certainly confirm that this chilli powder can add Fiery heat, mystery and intrigue to curries and indeed chilli.

Ottima polvere di peperoncino, molto piccante. Mezzo cucchiaino per una pietanza per due persone è sufficientemente piccante, poi procedete in base ai vostri gusti.Acquistata ad un ottimo prezzo (circa 5 euro per 400 gr di prodotto ) sto aspettando che scenda ad un prezzo più accessibile di ora per poterne fare scorta.

Con il termine "extra hot" mi aspettavo qualcosa di più, tipo thai o piri piri, invece a me sembra normalissimo cayenna. Il sapore comunque è ottimo così come il prezzo, per cui le 4 stelle piene ci sono tutte.
