Very easy to use!
This mould is brilliant. I had a lot of cherry blossoms to make for a cake and needed a mould and found this. Very easy to use and saved me so much time. The sugar paste does need to be a little thicker than would normally have for sugar flowers but after a couple of tries got them perfectly. Would definitely recommend

Quite fiddly
Took quite a few attempts to get this right, did have to use quite a bit of icing sugar mixed with cornflour so the sugar paste wouldn’t stick, recommend using modelling paste so they turn out a bit more sturdy, but it’s good value for money
