Proper cleaver!
Packaging is top notch, unlike other cheap ones. When opened, noticed how nice the wooden handle is and when brought out the cleaver was heavy and thick, in which I prefer. Cleaver is solid, sharp and looks would do what it it intended for. Hopefully it would last but I doubt it would chip as blade is really thick! Loving it!

What a weapon this thing is. Purchased it for chopping down ribs into bite sized pieces and it handled 5 racks with barely a blemish on the edge. Bamboo chopping board didn't survive unfortunately, definitely get a sacrificial HDPE cutting board. Very hefty, nicely constructed, highly recommend if you have the need for it.
