Worked great
Worked surprisingly well! Placed in a sewer line all winter in interior alaska -50 degrees and was still inflated this spring! Came out easily when i removed it

Plugged up the poo pipe

Seal up the pipe as intended
I needed to isolate a section of our 4-inch PVC sewer later between 2 cleanouts to apply a root killer treatment. The lateral is 9-feet deep. I bought a garden hose to NPT adapter from the local big box and pulled the included Schrader valve fitting, and used my adapter and connected it via air hose to my compressor. I didn’t really want to use water to pressurize it. I also pulled the included handle/pull strap and replaced it with a 12’ piece of rope. Each of the plugs went down a clean out, air hose and rope attached and made the 90-degree turn at the wye without an issue. I opened the compressor valve and raised the pressure to about 50 psi which seemed sufficient to inflate and seal the plugs in place. I applied the root treatment (soak) for 8-hours and there were no leaks past the plugs.All in all, these worked really well for my purpose. Not sure I’ll get much use long term out of them, but they seems to be well constructed and I have not doubt they’ll be ready next time I need to plug a pipe.
