The product arrived well-packaged and sealed, containing 100 vegetable capsules. I've previously used green supplements in powder form, but I find capsules much more convenient. These capsules are easy to swallow and leave no aftertaste, which is a big plus. Superb way to get your greens when you don't like to eat them off your plate.

I ordered this pack of organic Greens Superfood Capsules, from the brand EasyGreens. I am delighted to use them, They're probably my new favourite supplement. I've been taking two of these daily since New Year, except on a couple of days where my diet's been poor and on those days I took 4. You are directed to take two after meals, with 250ml of water; and you can do this "up to' three times a day. I like vegetables and I eat a lot of vegetables however what I don't eat - and frankly can't afford is a wide variety of fruits and vegetables; not even a fraction of the variety you can have here. You hear all this stuff about 'eat a rainbow' but I rarely buy more than 2 or 3 types of fruit per week - and there can be wastage even there. Unless you like in a huge household economies of scale mean that you're unlikely eat a rainbow every week. Many of the ingredient things are the kind of things you'll find in the exotic section of specialist stores so to buy them all separately would be a ridiculous price. That's before you even get to the additional premium for the ingredients being organic. So this is where this supplement comes in, There are 36 types of fruits and veg included here, and a wide variety of digestive enzymes and a multitude of sprouty things that I know are good for you but I would not have the confidence to grow on the windowsill. There's seaweed, mushrooms, its a real one-stop-shop, not of chemically-made vitamins plus fillers, but of the raw ingredients themselves. Actual whole foods. I received this pack through the vine programme but when this pack is finished I intend to set up a subscribe and save to ensure a continuous supply. Five stars!

I definitely dont eat enough fruit and veg so hoping these will give me the extra vitamins that I'm missing out on. Have not used long enough yet to see any difference but the capsules themselves are easy to swallow with no after taste. The recommend dosage is 2 a day and you get 100 in the package so it seems good value.

With soil and food quality been so poor these days and lacking nutrients they used to 100 years ago, and even more so when your on a calorie deficit (fat loss diet) with even less nutrients, this supplement is really useful, allowing me to ge the benefits of 36 raw foods. The listing picture says 35, yet the product packaging days 36, so I'm guessing they've added another ingredient since the listing was created, I love how its organic too so you know you are getting good quality ingredients. You only need 2 capsuels, 1 to 3 times per day. The pack contains 100 capsules, so taking 2 per day total will be 50 days. Taking 2 times per day (4 per day) would be 25 days Taking 3 times per day (6 per day) would be 16-17 days. I've been taking 2 per day total to make them last. I'd recommend them.

I got these so I wouldn't feel so bad not eating vegetables, and I can confirm my guilt is assuaged.

My packet has different directions to the images. Mine states to take 2 tablets 1 - 3 times a day so that’s 2 - 6 tablets daily. With 100 in a pack that’s 16 to 50 days depending on intake. So that could be expensive if the full dose is taken, you would need two packs at £20 a pack so £40 a month at full dose. However, these are quality organic ingredients in an easy to swallow capsule that will give you lots of minerals and vitamins if you are lacking them from a balanced diet. Stating 17.1g of fibre per 100g is not very useful as you aren’t consuming 100g, they should state per tablet which I imagine is negligible.
