one of the antenna was broken when we received the received n mikes and though we found decent channels to use the mikes, we weren't able to use them often. 2 of the mikes did not work no matter what we did.

No problem with the seller, but the system itself left much to be desired. Out of the box the D channel mic was dead, new batteries made no difference. 3 weeks later B mic was useless. Sytem works intermittently, or not at all. This was to be a replacement system for the 1st WM1401, which at least lasted almost 3 years before problems arose and we needed 2 replacement mics, which Tech Pro no longer provides. Spend the money for an upgrade to a higher rated system if you can. We also tried a UHF system but it wasn't compatible with the buildings existing equipment.

The system arrive a day earlier than expected and well packaged. The mic on channel 3 was not working properly. Contacted Technical Pro through their website and they sent a new new mic with no hassle or shipping expense. System was very easy to set up with our sound board, which is good because the manual is generic and not real helpful. You can use all four mics at the same time , as close to each other as you want with no feed back problems. Sounds good and looks good. We are using it in a church with a transmitting distance around 70 feet. No delay and hooks up instantly when the mic is turned on.Each mic takes 3 AA batteries (included), and there is a low battery indicator on each mic. You will need a larger diameter mic holder than a wired mic holder if you want to place the mics on a stand. No regrets so far. Seems to be a good system at a good price.
