been using it for my back pain and finds it quite useful, just the heating processs is. bit lengthy, have to soak in hot boiled water to make it work, my last one , can’t remember the name, can just put in microwave to heat up in few seconds

Items delivered on time as promised, packaged well and undamaged. I've used various methods of hot/cold therapy over the years and for practicality I like Packs as opposed to gels/creams or sprays as there's always some residue with those methods and if they provide an adverse reaction too hot/cold they can difficult to remove quickly or they can cause unwanted skin reactions. I like the Neo G packs as they can be applied and removed easily as necessary thereby controlling the level of stimulation required without leaving residue. You do have to plan ahead to either place the packs in the freezer or in hot water to achieve the required type of therapy hot/cold but once that's done they are much more practical in use than topical methods like creams etc. Each pack comes with a cloth of some kind outer removable sleeve so the material of the pack itself doesn't have to placed directly next to the skin if that's an issue. I haven't used these actual packs yet myself but I bought them as I have an ongoing injury issue and I've used this type in the past but in the passage of time I've misplaced the ones I bought before as I haven't (thankfully) needed to use them for sometime.

Doesn’t stay hot for very long, it’s better cold

no more broken frozen pea bags. Lasted frozen a good while and reduced the inflammation day after day. wish i d thought of it - hugely grateful to the friend who suggested it.
