Serves the purpose, though I feel they are a bit costly.

This is a value pack of 12 round paint palettes. They’re nice and sturdy when held and stable on a flat surface, and stack well so they’re compact and easy to store. They’re easy enough to clean if you remember to do it straight away - but if like me you don’t and eventually they become beyond use, they’re cheap enough to throw away when they’re no longer recoverable. They’re also excellent for PVA/wood glue if you want to dispense some to use for precise application with a cocktail stick of similar, and it just peels off to clean when dry. They are a little big for small volumes of paint for miniatures, but for slightly bigger projects they’re perfect; they have nice deep wells and a good sized mixing section in the centre.

This is a fairly basic 20 well palette that is a very nice size for use as a sketching tool when out and about. It's made from simple plastic so watercolour will bead in the wells, and will be subject to staining, but all that's to be expected from a plastic palette.It has a comfortable thumb hole and is nice and light for use in one hand whilst also holding a sketch book. There are three holes in the body for retaining brushes but these are a bit on the small size to be useful, at least for me. The palette closes up easily and the clip keeps the two halves securely together, although I don't think it will retain any liquid when closed so make sure you dry things up before popping it back into your bag.Despite this being a smaller version of other palettes I think it will be a valuable addition to my sketching kit and at £4.99 at the time of this review (September 2024) is very good value.Recommended.

I ordered these to use for holding edible dusting colours when making sugar flowers. They do the job well. I wash them in the dishwasher and they come out like new. You get 12 for £5.94 and I also received some water colours and a brush which I shall give to my grandchildren. At less than 50p each these are a great buy. Would recommend.

I'm hoping to start painting again sometime so I ordered this in preparation. To be honest it seems perfectly adequate but also quite basic. It is lightweight and the thumb hole is a really good idea. It also has a good amount of well holes and five areas for mixing paints. It does feel a little cheap but it does everything you need and has been well designed. I think it would be great for watercolors, beginners and children who enjoy painting. It seems okay value but this is not the sort of thing I order that often, so there maybe cheaper alternatives out there.

Sehr praktische Farbpalette, in meinem Fall für Aquarellfarben. Natürlich kann man ganz normal benötigte Farbnuancen anmischen. Was ich aber besonders gut finde, ist daß man - zumindest bei Aquarellfarben - die Farbreste nach dem Trocknen in dieser verschließbaren Palette geschützt, bis zur Reaktivierung, aufbewahren und auch problemlos transportieren kann. Den doch recht unergonomischen "Daumenhalter" nutze ich bei meiner Technik nicht.

Ich habe das Set über vine zur Probe und Bewertung erhalten. Meine bisherigen Erfahrungen sehen wie folgend aus:Was mir gut gefallen hat:+ Die Paletten sind klein und leicht. Ich habe zumeist riesige Paletten, die meinen halben Arbeitstisch einnehmen - gerade bei kleinen Arbeiten oder beim Aquarellieren - wenn der Malgrund direkt auf dem Tisch liegt - ist eine kleinere Palette meist praktischer.+ Durch ihre leichte Wölbung und die kleinen Hubel zwischen den Farbmulden, können Pinsel wegrollsicher abgelegt werden. So was haben all meine anderen Paletten nicht und ich finde es super :)Was ich für verbesserungswürdig halte:- Die Aufhängung stört mich eher als das sie mir hilft die Palette zu halten. Hier würde ich mich eine ergonomische Mulde für den Daumen oder die Möglichkeit den Aufhänger einfach zu entfernen wünschen.Fazit:Ich bin super zufrieden und der Preis ist mit knapp 8 € für 12 Paletten unschlagbar.
