I bought it out of curiosity but read it on a recent flight. No one wanted to sit next to me after a bit.

Very interesting read. Plenty of warnings about not trying to build any without the necessary BATFE forms filed and approved. Beyond a read, probably not a good place to go with this.

This is the kind of book customers who did not have access to machine tools, and/or the training to use them, really needed vice the majority of what is out there. Quick and dirty does not mean it will not work. So, this is probably the best book for most people who want a sub-sonic handgun that does not wake the dead, when they are using it.

Was a good experance to read to know how and why these where used in all aspect of war and government. And how the government still uses it today.

This is such a generic instruction manual that it is almost worthless. I was just looking to learn the basics of the use of silencers. I guess I expected more than put stuff in front of the barrel and it will in some way muffle the sound. The book is pretty weak on instruction. Sorry but I was disappointed
