I am so impressed with this edamame spaghetti! As someone who follows a low-carb, high-protein diet, this is a total game-changer. It cooks quickly, has a lovely texture (not mushy like some alternatives), and the taste is mild and earthy perfect for pairing with any sauce or stir-fry. Plus, the 6-pack is super convenient and great value. Honestly, I didn’t expect to love it this much but now it’s a staple in my pantry. These and the black bean variety are now our go-to noodles to use in stir-fries. They're tasty, hold their shape and are high in protein and low in carbs. What more can we ask for? They don't work, for us at least, as an alternative to wheat spaghetti in a Bolognese sauce, but are fantastic in stir-fries.

The level of protein in this item is so much better than regular pasta and a great addition for those needing more protein or more satiating food. It's high in fibre. It is definitely worth a purchase if you need more protein or fibre in your diet. It is not, however, a direct substitute for pasta if that is what you want but is good enough if you put plenty of sauce or flavour on it. The reasons for the lack of 5 stars is that it has a soy / yeasty aftertaste and it retains a lot of water. I have found that the best way of dealing with that is to cook it for about 2 minutes longer than instructed and when you put it in a sieve afterwards to put a wooden spoon on it and press hard to wring out the water. Maybe 5 presses for a portion of between 70 and 100g. This will get rid of some of the aftertaste and the waterlog that you would otherwise suffer. That being said I would buy this product again. The delivery was good and overall it is worth it in my opinion. Each eating of it gets better too.

High quality product. Tasteless on its own and takes flavour well. Breaks up easily when it first goes in so can make it as large or as small as you like. Great product. Very healthy.

Due to health/diet requirement needed to look at other options. Tried these and was surprised. did not feel that was any taste from what they are made of. Took 3 attempts to get portion size correct. Found far more filling that standard spaghetti. Due to reduced amount, make the portion to pack cost ratio better. Also meant i was eating less.

We LOVE this! It’s such a great addition to a low carbohydrate/keto diet. The texture is really nice, just be careful to leave slightly al dente, as it is easy to overcook. Drains well, and is not slimy like konjac noodles can be. Takes on your sauce of choice very well. Have now subscribed, and will try the other varieties.

It is okay; it won't substitute pasta for me. Flavour is not offensive, it holds the texture well and doesn't fall apart too much. It is a bit weird tho.

I never leave reviews, but felt so strongly about this I needed to! Perfect for people trying to hit protein goals/macros. It doesn’t look appetising in the packet but is simply amazing. Texturally similar to egg noodles and not much flavour so the ultimate pasta substitute. Cooks super quick 4-5 mins. I will certainly be buying more when my 6 boxes run out.
