Same stuff the NHS uses. Great for what I needed it for. Not that great for water resistance, if you submerge it in water youll need to replace the bandage as the cotton becomes saturated. However, advantage here is that wetting the adheasive makes it easier to remove, it wont slip off but it doesnt pull you arm hair off as bad. You will need to clean the area the adheasive made contact with the skin as occasionally its a little bit sticky. at times where I had put a new plaster in a slightly different position the a blue ring would appear around the wound on my arm as the residue picked up the lint from my blanket.I use this in conjunction with a silicone dressing which is also cotton backed as using this alone caused my wound to leak through during the night.

I’m five months postop from stomach surgery and I use these all the time From my discharge from hospital up until now and I will continue to use them every single day. They do stick to your skin so you should really get the swabs that help it to not stick to your skin if you don’t use that it definitely can and has ripped part of my skin off which is not what you want but overall it’s really good and I’ve used it in a swimming pool and it stayed on the whole time.

Can’t believe they only arrived in the cardboard box shown in the image. There was no additional packaging so the box was open and the dressing were exposed! Other than that the dressings are great

Top quality . . . excellent absorption.

These are the exact dressings used in hospitals, they don't stick to wounds, and they don't leave a sticky residue on the skin. Well worth paying a little bit more to get this quality.

Love how quickly these perfect size dressings arrived, my friend suffers terribly with diabetic ulcers these dressings cover more than enough leg and don't just fall off they stay stuck, brilliant.
