Delivered in its own branded presentation box along with a cleaning cloth .Inside there are two bags , one contains the 18 inch chain link silver necklace , the other contains the silver initial butterfly pendant .The initial letter , in my case a T , is in the italic style at the base of the T there is a pretty little blue butterfly . The top of the T has the pendant hanger which the necklace slides through .This is a beautiful silver necklace that's really well made , it's delicately but intricate and solid . I'm very happily recommending.

As it was a gift for my Granddaughter all I can say is I got a huge hug for it when the restrictions are lifted!

This was brought as a present and im sure it will look great on the person it was bought for.

Love the pendant not so much the chain. Personally, chain does show of pendant to its best. I bought a more sleek smooth chain which compliments smoothness of the letter S.

Good product but exceptional customer service.This was purchased for my wife to mark an important occasion but unfortunately the clasp must have been faulty and the neckless was lost. After contacting the retailer and despite not having the neckless anymore they were very helpful and replaced the product for us. We’re very pleased with the replacement and grateful for their assistance. 10/10 for customer service.
