UPDATE: After using for 5 months, it began to overheat and shut down Sad to say can no longer recommend.
I hate it without even using it yet. Out of the box - unit has no brand name on it anywhere. There is not one single piece of paper in the box with instruction of any kind...not even a piece of paper that says use this link to download a manual. I have no clue whatsoever how to use the thing. The power button on it is askew. Not sure really what I want to do - try it, or send it back immediately.UPDATE: The seller responded to my concerns within 24 hours. I was very impressed with that. They sent a link for the owner's manual and answered all my questions. I have since used the product and it works very well ... actually better than expected. It is also much quieter than I thought it would be. It is obvious this seller cares about customer service. I would buy again.

I just got out of box. Missing the cleaning powder. I will update rating after seeing how it works. Would like to be sent the cleaning powder also.STOPPED WORKING AFTER 3 DAYS. JUNK.... ASKING FOR REFUND

Was great until it wasn't.
Used mine for exactly 1 year before it started turning itself off. Came back to the reviews to see if anyone else had the same problems. Apparently many also got theirs with a janky power button, and also experience it shutting off. Unusable anymore.

Thought I'd spend another $50 and get one that won't break...It came today with NO ON Button!
