is the glass 12 x 8 0r the frame ?

It is the inner frame. There is an outer frame which is about 14 x 10 then there is the cardboard inner frame which frames the actual picture. This is 12 x8. I hope this helps. I have bought several frames and I wasn’t completely sure which is the Inov8. Good luck

Do these frames have a mount. It doesn't look like from pictures but some of the reviews indicate they do?

The ones I have do not have a mount.
