RUST!
Not even two weeks passed, it started to forming rust inside a patterns and on the tip. I'm not even using it often or leave wet or using strong chemicals. My Ikea 10$ took 2 years to finally form some stain. This one already forming rust! Beware everyone.

Ordered this a little bit ago and today was the first time I used it. This thing was super sharp and made cutting meat a easy task. I normally buy up a lot of meat at a time and then trim it up and break it down for individual meals. This knife really slid through that meat.

I wanted a go-to chef's knife that I could use for most of my vegetable and fruit chopping needs, and I'm hopeful that this knife may serve that purpose. I really like the look and feel of this knife. It's beautiful to look at and comes nicely displayed in a box with a red cushioned interior. The heft and balance of the knife is excellent, making it a pleasure to chop with. I included a video here of me chopping purple cabbage with this knife. I don't have the best knife skills, but you can at least see that it chops well and seems to have a good edge. If it can remain sharp for some time and then sharpen back up again easily, I'll be very pleased. Apparently, the quality of a knife lies in how well it can be sharpened to a razor sharp edge, so we shall see. Also, it shouldn't chip, and the knife should be comfortable to hold and have a good rocking motion when cutting. Finally, the point should allow for precision cutting. So far, it looks like this knife will fit the bill on all of those. Overall, this is a comfortable to use, sharp, nice looking chef's knife that I plan to use a lot.
