Cordless feature is amazing, wish I had more control over the temperature of the melt but overall it's very useful.

Truly Cordless Craft Helper
I've been looking for an actual cordless glue gun forever it seems. I'm used to the cheap type that get knocked over by the weight of their own cords. I finally found a glue gun that was "cordless," but it needed to be kept on the battery in order to go. So I had to get it hot, use it as quickly s I could and put it back onto the charger before it cooled down to the point where it wouldn't melt glue. That's not cordless. That's just annoying.Thankfully, this little glue gun ticked all the boxes for me in the cordless convenience department. Once it's charged, you can take your time using it. The battery doesn't last forever, but there's a reasonable amount of time it can be used before dying.I like that it came with glue sticks of all kinds - including decorative glitter. I'm hesitant about using the glitter/colored glue because I'm not sure how long it would take to get all the glitter cleared out when I need it for a project where clear glue is necessary.Either way, I recommend this glue gun as a more convenient and kind alternative to one that falls over, melts on your table, and still has the gall to burn you.

It has its uses
I was excited to try a portable and cordless glue gun. It only charges if you have an old phone charger (usb-usb c). If you plug it into a turbo charger, it just won't turn on. Be patient when loading the first stick as it will take almost the whole thing before depositing glue. I love that you don't have to keep squeezing the trigger to draw glue out, but the motor is slow. If you are trying to do a long bead of glue, it might cool at the start before you get to the end. This effect is added to because the applicator leaves a very fine bead of glue. It will be very useful for paper flowers and other small, precise crafts, but my old glue gun isnt getting replaced yet.

love its cordless
it's got a small surface area to stand it up on, but somehow it still works. just be careful when setting it back down and it should be fine. super small and convenient to take traveling even though there is no carrying case. it's easy to use and easy to load. there's a little tilt to it when stood upright that helps take care of little drips and flyaways. recharges using a usb-c cord, which is ideal. there is an automatic shutoff sequence that happens after three minutes which, can be really helpful or sort of annoying depending on what you're doing. it takes almost a minute to heat back up, but this function saves energy and keeps the battery charged for longer. still, it's a trade off in a way. definitely can see this being more geared toward small children with that overheat protection. it's a good product nonetheless, and the fact its cordless makes all the difference for me

Mine won’t work!
This is a yellow and white colored, cordless, glue gun. It does come with a charging cord, and when fully charged can last over 30 min. It’s lightweight, has more of a slender design, and a smaller, pointy tip. Because of it being cordless, I would be able to work in a larger space. And it does heat up quickly. But as excited as I was to get to use the colored glue sticks, I was quickly disappointed. Because mine will not work! It heats up and shows that it’s ready. But it will not melt the glue and I e tried everything.

Only two issues
I love this so far. There are only two issues I have with it honestly though. One being once you start using a glue stick you have to use it until it is gone. Once in there is no getting it out. The other issue being hand in hand with that is how far down you have to shove a glue stick to start the thing made me worry I was going to break it at first.Once you get it going though it works GREAT. Gets a very controlled bead going, heats up fast, and just works out of the box. Honestly the issue of having to use a full stick before changing only will fully pop up when you are using glitter or colored sticks (included in this kit) if you don't use the full thing up and want to change colors.

This still drips quite a bit.
I wanted to like this glue gun, I thought they said dripless, that's untrue. When you press the trigger it takes a few presses to actually get the glue to come out. It sounds like there's a motor of some sorts inside which pushes the glue stick through. When the glue does start to come out it keeps coming out even after you've stopped pressing the trigger, it takes several seconds before the motor shuts off. It doesn't drip as much as other glue guns, but as long as it's hot it will still drip even when it's standing up. The battery charge doesn't last very long either. I've had it for about 3 weeks and charged it fully when I got it. I had to charge it a few days ago, it didn't even warn me that the battery was low, it just didn't turn on one day. Also, it eats the glue stick like crazy, you have to insert the stick almost all the way into the gun before it actually works. It's difficult to tell how far to stick it in.**********UPDATE********10/24/24********* Someone from the company reached out to me about my problems and informed me of this:"Firstly, we've taken immediate action to address the issue you mentioned [ 👉(1) Due to the residual heat when heating inside the glue gun, the glue stick remains in a melted state, thus the glue becomes fluid, and a small amount of dripping is inevitable. (2) The glue gun can reverse the motor and retract the glue stick by pressing the switch again after each glue release, reducing the fluid pressure in the heated chamber and preventing more glue from flowing out.👈 ], and we're continuously working to improve our products and services."They also offered to send me a free replacement or gift card. This is why I changed my review from 2 to 3 stars. Even with this solution it's still really difficult and problematic to use this glue gun for my needs.
