Summit SUP-014 Premium Steel Multi-Fit Roof Bars for car, Lockable, Pair, 1.15m, Black

The manual that comes with this product gives good instructions and is easy to follow. Had the roof bars fitted within 1hour. When fitting these make sure to cover the bottom of the bars with a strip of push in plastic strip provided. Otherwise you will be whistling down the road, guaranteed to get some looks from pedestrians. The bars are very light and look quite well. Only negative with these roof bars are the rubber boot that covers the mountings. They can be trimmed by simple use of scissors, not very easy to fit. Some trial and error will need to be practiced with these rubber boots.

I purchased these basically on price so didn't expect too much, they do the job bit fiddly to fit but once on are ok.

Nice and easy to install (mk2 focus 3 door) and works a treat.

The bars are sturdy, fitment is ok but the noise is not tolerable. At speeds as low as 10mph, there is a horrible high pitched whistle that is impossible to ignore.

Fitted no issues and reasonable quality at the price. They are a universal fit so not perfect on my MK2 Focus, mainly due to the rubber boot that covers the fix points. These are quite poor and don't sit in position very well.It will serve its purpose and good value if not perfect. In hindsight I should have spent more for car specific or oem just so the fit would be nicer. If you just want cheap bars and not to bothered with how they look then definitely go for it.
