Worked well
Worked well for homemade probiotic sodas. The foaming feels weird but from everything I’ve read is perfectly safe. Expensive and you only need like 1/3 tsp diluted in a 32 oz spray bottle. Wish I had gotten the smaller bottle, but it’ll last forever.

Use as directed!
Works great when sanitizing for making beer or wine, just do not mix stronger than directions on bottle. I mix a 1 gallon batch and dispense with spray bottle when sanitizing equipment. When sanitizing bottles make a solution with sufficient volume to submerge bottles , it only takes a couple minutes to sanitize, rinse and bottle. At full strength it is pretty corrosive so be careful.

works like a charm
Homebrewing is much easier when you have the proper sanitizing agent available to you, this no rinse application is great however it would have been nice to have a printed dilution ratio in metric or as a simple part to part ratio. it goes a long way, as the instructions say you can make 5 gallons out of a single ounce of concentrate, don't do that unless you plan on cleaning a ton of equipment, it's really unnecessary, instead the dilution ratio is 640 parts water to 1 part starsan concentrate allows you to put 640 millilitres into a spray bottle and a single Millilitre of star san in to get an effective bacteria and fungi disinfectant spray.

Used to make my own hot sause
The product did its job. Not a batch(only 4) got moldy so apparently it was sterile. There is enough for many many more batches.

Nice
Nice sanitizer, I like that after mixing it with (distilled) water, it can be kept in an airtight container. One can take out what they need then recover the rest.
