This light was easy to install and so far it works great. It is located in a shady spot and it still holds a charge all night long.

Like another reviewer, we had issues with an electrical line to a decorative light post in our yard. Electrician quotes $1500+ to perform the necessary repair, which I may do at some point in the future...but this solves the problem for $40 and works great. I love the 3000K temp but there are other options I saw with cooler temps if you need it. Light is plenty bright without being annoying.The light looks great from a distance but the top is plastic-y and kind of cheap feeling up close (what do you expect at this price). We get a ton of direct sun in our front yard so we are the ideal candidate for this and it works exactly as described. I'm not sure how long it will last but again, at $40 I wouldn't be that upset if it had to be replaced prematurely. Instructions do indicate that the battery can be replaced though, so maybe it will last.

I bought this to replace an old wired fixture but couldn’t find the power to feed a new one. I saw this battery replacement and thought I could set it and forget it and this has worked very well night after night. Very good product pretty bright and easy install. Be careful with the screws because it is a light gauge aluminum over tightening could crack the housing

Very attractive. Have received numerous compliments. A snap to assemble. Light is bright. The Edison lamp is distinctive. Like that you can buy replacement batteries.

Installed on top of my stone mailbox. Not super bright, but stays lit all night.

So easy to install. Just what we needed after the electrical to our post was damaged during a sprinkler repair. This takes care of it and no more electrical worry! Looks nice.

After long hassles maintaining a connected lamp, I opted to try a solar powered lamp. While the installation was easy and it looks fine, we were disappointed with only a few nights of light. After a couple more nights of illumination, we noticed the time it stayed lit became shorter and shorter. It then dropped to just a couple of hours. Now it doesn’t come on with any regularity. It will need to be replaced. Is it because it was on the lesser expensive end of available models? Does a more expensive light have better components and thus better performance? Back to research.

Even though it’s been overcast or rainy since I set it up a week ago, the solar panel has worked so well that the bulb stays lit from dusk to dawn. Hope it keeps the performance long.
