So, I like to plan.Have purchased enough of these lately to know a deal when I see one. I bought this for my own cremains, for some day in the future. Very nice quality, and a third of the price I have paid for urns at funeral homes.Now, hoping my kids will remember I have one already. Haha.

We were looking for a vase or some container to keep some of my mother's ashes and came across this one. It really is a beautiful piece, light reflects off of the mirror pieces and it's now a centerpiece on a shelf in our family room. A nice way to remember her that makes us all smile!

Some people have been unhappy with the color of their urn... and I have seen quite a variety, so I had concerns. It's not a good time to face an extra disappointment. But I decided to throw it to the Universe, take a chance, and try to just be happy with whatever I got. It worked out - the one I got is beautiful! And it would make my Mom happy, if she could see it. It is rustic, to be sure, and full of "flaws" and imperfections, but this just adds to its character, and I love the idea that each one is unique. It's a solid piece with a good closure, and well-made - the flaws are aesthetic, not quality issues. This urn stood out as something a little different from all the usual ones, and to be one-of-a-kind besides makes it really special. I am glad I took the chance.
