Pages download super fast. Picture resolution is sharp. Build is solid. Light weight compared to my old laptop . Great value.One thing I would like HP to change is the color on the keys. As other reviews stated the keys are hard to see unless you are looking directly down at them.For me the best part of this transaction is how quickly the seller replies to questions, and stands behind the product they sell. I would recommend this laptop and seller.

Really like the touch screen feature, takes a little getting used to having this feature. Battery life is probably about average, but I've found that to me true with most PCs. Screen seems a little small for this size PC, thus only giving the screen quality 4 stars. Overall, satisfied with the PC at the price point I paid for it.

My goal is to use this computer and download ten’s of application for computer programming . This ismagnificent deal !!! I couldn’t came at such a great $$$ price . It took a long time to find the right item , but was worth the wait

Buyer beware. This is the worst laptop experience I've ever had. It started with blue screen of death last month. Now Geek Squad said all data lost and the hard drive is corrupt. This was a brand new laptop only used on a desk. Horrible. I submitted for warranty replacement with the seller. I'll update this review based on that experience.

My Dell Inspiron died after 5 years, so I decided to get this computer as a replacement. It is very lightweight and runs fairly well. I also enjoy the touchscreen feature. The reason why I’m giving it 4 stars is because the battery doesn’t last very long. It only lasts about 3 hours before I have to charge again. I guess it ultimately depends on what you use it for. I use mine for work or to browse the internet from time to time.

Love my laptop. It is easy to handle. It has everything I need for what I need. I purchased this to be able to search up items. For my son to use for school. I love the touchscreen because I’m so use to using my fingers to manage my phone that makes it easy working in the tablet. Quality of the screen, the pictures it’s amazing. The be price is great for the quality of a laptop you get. Great buy.

I'm terrible with laptops, I'm just naturally clumsy and drop or damage them in some way. I needed a new one and it seems that HP usually lasted the longest in my house. I have had it about a month and so far it has been a great computer. I'm giving it 3 stars only because the battery only lasts about 2-3 hours with just normal use. That's not a big issue for me since I can always plug it in. Over all it is lightweight and easy to set up.
