I gave this set to my husband as an early Christmas gift, and he really enjoyed it. Compatible with name brands, no missing pieces, clear instructions, overall a high quality off brand set. Husband finished the set in one evening while watching the obvious movie lol.

Found it difficult to get base of car to hold to body. Pieces kept popping off. Finally used scotch tape on bottom. Might have been lighting but the coloring on instructions made them difficult to see…for me anyway. Decent for the price point.

If Christmas Vacation is one of your favorite holiday movies, this is the building set for you. Featuring the Family Truckster and the oversized tree from the movie, this set gives you a number of ways to display the build. The instructions were clear, there were no missing pieces, and the build looks great on the shelf next to other film-related builds. Highly recommended.

I am a fan of the Vacation movies and thought the Wagon Queen Family Truckster was hysterical. I ordered the JAEUZKJYDA National Christmas Village Movie Building Set to add to my collection.The set comes in a giftable box with the image of the car on the front. Inside is the manual and numbered bags with the bricks. The bricks are all Lego compatible and went together just as smoothly the whole way through the build. The manual is easy to follow and each of the numbered bags have a smaller number of bricks so each section is easy to assemble. The coolest part is that there are two options on how to finish the build. You can have the giant tree draped over the car or you can have a pile of gifts on top, whichever you like better. I chose the giant tree. The biggest issue I had was that the colors in the manual are off and it was difficult at some points to know what to grab. Not a big deal and, if half stars were allowed, I would give it 4.5 stars. I don't want to drop to a 4 though.The end model is fantastic representation of the car from the film. It is going to be a great display on my shelf. There is no age range stated but, based on the smaller brick count for each step, I don't think it would be difficult for younger builders at all. I think that this set is definitely worth the $37 asking price, especially for a fan of the movies.

Directions were a big challenging with the colors. It went together fast other than trying to piece things together, since all the pieces were not sent.

This is one of my favorite 'cars from a movie' that aren't also a time machine or transforming into robots, and I was so happy to see it in block form. This is a great build and despite it not being The Big Brand I can live with it.
