1. When writing, ensure nothing between the pen and the receiver.

Q: How does it work with a PowerPoint presentation?

Open E-Note software and office documents. Click the pen in the software to enter writing mode. Annotate the desired content. Click "Office" to embed annotations. Annotated content appears in the document. Save the document.

Q: What kind of operation system it can work with? And is it compatible with any type of projector?

The F35L Whiteboard will only work on computers running Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10, and 10.1. Any other operating system will not work. And it is compatible to any kind of projector whose brightness is more than 200ansi lumens.

Q: The e-note won't open after installation. How can l get it to open?

You need to open the yellow Portable lWB icon first, and then open Enote. After the E-note is opened, it may minimize the icon hidden in the lower left corner of the computer. Click on the inverted triangle, find the green E-note icon and left-click.

Q: How far away from the screen does a smart whiteboard need to be to work?

It is recommended to place it 1.5m to 5m away from the projection screen. For example, when the projection size is 80 inches, it should be installed 3 to 4 meters away from the projector. The distance can be adjusted during the installation process.
