I recently purchased this Air Fryer and so far I’m really impressed. Physically, it looks beautiful — the stainless steel color is very sleek, the buttons feel high-quality, and the LED display is clean and easy to read. I also love the dual doors; they look modern and make the oven feel very premium. For my first test, I followed the instructions in the manual and then tried toasting some bread. In just about 3 and a half minutes, the toast came out perfectly — nicely browned and crispy on the outside while still soft on the inside. Of course, the result depends on the type of bread and personal preference, but I really liked how evenly it toasted. I plan to test it more during Christmas when I bake my cookies and will update my review then. But for now, the oven looks gorgeous and is performing really well.

Okay I did a lot of research on a new air fryer as our old ninja foodi air fryer/grill/bake died after 5 years of everyday use. I would say that we got our moneys worth on the last unit and I appreciate the shark/ninja brand as we own a ninja coffee bar and a shark robot vacuum. I have analysis paralysis as I research things to death. Let’s get right into it. I read that the oven handle was in the way of the oven opening and it almost swayed me from making a purchase as I wanted to keep it in the corner of our kitchen. The door opens fine with maybe loosing an inch of clearance but you are still able to open the door and get things from the bottom compartment perfectly fine. Next read reviews that the machine was way too loud. I’m guessing those people do not have two wild boys of 10 and 8 running around. The machine is perfectly fine. Yes it isn’t a Tesla but it is quiet compared to my old ninja foodi. I read reviews of the machine sliding across counters. I admit as soon as I opened it out of the box and put it on the counter it slid. I was like oh no. But after multiple uses it hasn’t slid once. It is sticking to the counter. I have a composite countertop so maybe it’s different than people with quartz. Next I read about the heat clearance from the machine to the cabinets. Valid concerns as I went and bought a cutting board made for the top. Not ninja brand just Amazon brand. Works great. Ran the machine for 30 minutes and the top of the cutting board was still cool to the touch. Having two compartments for cooking is a game changer for family cooking and prep. Again I see myself using this everyday for as long as it works, and so far it will improve my everyday life. Quicker meals, less clean up. Anyone who has a family and cooks a meal can understand how the kitchen can go from spotless to tore up with one meal. We are a family that cooks a lot. I also have a traeger smoker and am always running that but we are in Ohio and right now it is 0 degrees. I will grill in the winter but not when it gets this cold. Anyway great product so far and look forward to spending more time with the fam. I also bought the unit with the meat thermometer as my traeger has it and it’s a game changer. Only thing it doesn’t have is WiFi cooking like my traeger. Maybe on the next models. Anyway great product ninja!

This is the most useful appliance in my kitchen! So easy to use and cooks perfectly! A great option for those cooking for 1-2 people at a time. Preheats fast and hold a good amount of food!

We are on month 2 or 3 of this air fryer - we love all of our shark/ninja products and this one is no exception! It cooks food beautifully and has a ton of options. My favorite feature is how perfectly it toasts bread and bagels (seriously). My only complaint is that the air fry portion doesnt get the wetter food as crispy (for example marinated chicken thighs) as my last air fryer, but its not a huge deal. The instructions say to run it at 450 for however long, and the unit got HOT so I was about to return it, but after a few uses it doesn't get that hot anymore I believe it was just from the initial "clean" cycle.

We've had other countertop oven/air fryers and used them daily. This Ninja double oven is by far the best. Having two ovens in one is remarkably efficient and makes meal production faster and easier. You can do steak in one, fries in the other, or a meal for adults in one, and different items for the kids in the other, or an entree in one and a dessert in the other. This appliance is well built, well thought out, and the learning curve on the controls is short.... but it's there, especially regarding use of the thermometer. The internal food temperature thermometer is a big plus when you correctly use it. We are thrilled with this double oven and have fun using it every day. Only downsides are it's a bit noisy (a minor issue), a bit larger than traditional toaster ovens, and the large sheet pans and air fryer basket are supposed to be washed by hand, so cleanup is a bit of a chore. All in all, however, we would buy this again in a minute!

Family of 4 and this has been excellent for us. I’m totally happy with this. So far easy to clean. No issues whatsoever! Which is great to say! I’ve been impressed with Ninja products due to durability and quality and that’s what I think about this product as well. We’re actually using daily right now due to being in a extended stay hotel during house renovations and we needed something to cook on/with/ after research, bought due to being large and options are perfect. It’s been getting lots of use! No problems which is exactly why I bought this one!

I love the feature of the double oven and am glad I purchased this item. The air fryer portion cooks faster than our regular air fryer and made nice, crispy food. We eliminated our air fryer so it is a space saver and good value having two appliances in one. Instructions were clear and the oven is easy to operate.
