I love the drive it gives me before the workout, the spike in energy and the tingles (Beta alanine). I ALSO love the taste. I only have tried the Blue Rasberry but I don't want to try any other flavour. I just keep buing it over and over. Recommended.

First few times I used this you could feel the buzz\tingling though arms, after taking for a few days I didnt notice as much but was still getting the benefit in the gym. This helped me push to my next level which is what I wanted. Price was fair for what you get. Flavour was fine it's no like some that can be chalky or leave odd taste in your mouth I quite enjoyed drinking this. This was very effective for me and would recommend to anyone.

Reasonable pricing, very cool colouring. Flavour is slightly soapy, but you can defo taste the blue raspberry vibe. I’ve only ever tried this pre workout, though I can tell you it works very well and kicks in super fast. - 4/5 star Would recommend to try, also works out to like 70p a serving.

I'll start by saying it's really important to understand what doses are actually needed in a pre. So many products on the market fall so short. I really like this offering from Bulk. The 5 stars are against the majority of the market. Personally I'd get rid of the half gram of salt per serving, take out the creatine as I prefer to take creapure and I'd add a little bit more Citric acid as the salt makes it a little soft and soapy tasting. Mixing your own is probably the way to go but it's a bit of faff and for now I'll be sticking with Dope. Excellent stuff Edit just a note of flavours. Blue raspberry is way to flowery and mixed with a soapy edge it's gross. Strawberry and lime would have been good if just strawberry but the lime taste like washing up liquid. Fruit punch is the only choice, needs acid still but it's the best of these terrible flavours

bought this as i heard good things at the gym, the taste is okay, gives great energy, lasts longer than the advertised amount as i used half scoop, but the main thing is - it didnt give me the pre workout jitters or tingles

3 stars for the taste. Tried strawberry and fruit punch, and neither are pleasant. So sweet and soapy, it puts me off this stuff. Bulk can definitely do better. On the positive side, ingredients seem very good without a hundred additives, the caffeine and tingling hit pretty quickly and last for a couple of hours after the workout. Dope definitely elevates blood pump and heart rate so even for a groggy morning it works; yet for a workout, not sure how effective and safe it will be in the long run.

I'm not a great fun of pre-workout solutions. I tried caffeine and it made the skin on my hands peel off like an anxiety response, so I started testing pre-workout. Up till now, I haven't found a product that actually made the difference. That of course, was before finding Bulk's Dope Pre-WO. I like its taste (if you're into sour candies, this won't disappoint you). I feel it kicks in while I'm walking to the gym as my skin starts to tickle. I feel I have more energy when I'm working out and I can lift more than usual. It's easy to prepare, as one scoop in a mixer along with water does the trick. The reason for the 4 stars is I'm a bit worried that my skin tickling could become a "problem" soon.

Kreatin Monohydrat und Arginin (AAKG) liefern solide Unterstützung für Kraft und Pump, während das zugesetzte Himalaya-Salz vermutlich beim Flüssigkeitshaushalt hilft – ein interessantes Detail, das man bei vielen anderen Boostern vermisst. Ich habe das Produkt gut vertragen und keinerlei Nebenwirkungen festgestellt, solange ich mich an die empfohlene Dosierung gehalten habe. Auch Magenprobleme oder Unruhe traten bei mir nicht auf. Für 30 Portionen ist der Preis absolut fair, vor allem angesichts der hochwertigen und ausgewogenen Inhaltsstoffe. Insgesamt ist das Bulk Dope Pre-Workout ein durchdachter und effektiver Booster, der sowohl geschmacklich als auch funktional überzeugt. Wer vor dem Training einen zuverlässigen Energieschub sucht und auf bewährte Inhaltsstoffe setzt, wird hier definitiv fündig.

Uso Bulk Dope da un paio di settimane prima dei miei allenamenti di nuoto master e mi sto trovando davvero bene. Rispetto ad altri pre-workout provati, mi aiuta a mantenere costanza e concentrazione per tutta la seduta, senza cali di energia. Durante gli allenamenti sento maggiore reattività e fluidità nei movimenti. Unico neo, gusto piuttosto dolce e il formicolio che si percepisce nelle prime fasi puo' dar fastidio ma scompare rapidamente. Nel complesso un prodotto efficace e adatto a chi si allena con intensità.

Ich habe den Booster schon mehrfach bestellt und bin sehr zufrieden damit. Selbst mit meinen +/- 98kg reicht ein Scoop um eine gute Wirkung beim Sport zu merken bzw. zu erzielen. Kurz nach der Einnahme merkt man das erwartete kribbeln und es setzt ein angenehmer Fokus ein der keine Kopfschmerzen im Nachhinein verursacht. Im Anschluss gibt es auch keinen Crash, was auch sehr angenehm ist. Der Booster schleicht gefühlt einfach aus. Alles in allem für den Preis ein verdammt guter Booster!

Produit utilisé des dizaines de fois. Après avoir testé de nombreux pre-workouts sur plusieurs années de musculation, c’est clairement celui que j’ai choisi de garder. La quantité de caféine est parfaitement dosée, efficace sans être excessive. Le mix d’arginine, rare dans les autres pre-workouts, apporte un excellent pump à l’entraînement. Je change régulièrement de goût pour varier le plaisir, et honnêtement, tous les goûts sont réussis.
