Value for 50 bags is great. The bags are in a material and not paper-love that. The size of the bags are small. You just heat up your water, steep for 12 minutes (I also use a mug warmer) and stir. I drink straight, no honey. I enjoy that it’s not super bitter. I have mixed with MCT powder.
