Our iron was getting old and wasn’t working as efficiently anymore to the point that it just stopped working.This iron works great! Gets really hot, steamer works great, it’s simple and easy to use. No fancy gimmicks, just an iron that does the job right!

Although the iron is a bit heavy, it works very well. For me, having arthritis, it’s a bit uncomfortable because of the weight, but that same weight makes it very effective for achieving excellent results. It has nothing to envy from more expensive irons.

Nice average iron. I like that it has a true “on/off” setting and a stainless steel sole plate. The steam produced is also a plus. Given the wattage, I thought the iron would get hotter than it does. Also, my hand slides forward on the handle when I push down harder to remove wrinkles or melt basting tape - causing the water to spray a bit (I thought the iron was leaking).

I have been using this iron for approximately six months and have been happy with it so far. It has a good weight without being too heavy, which I like. It uses regular tap water and the reservoir holds enough water to last through a fair amount of ironing. It does a good job removing wrinkles and the steam feature works well. I use my iron every week or two.

I bought this product on April 27, 2025. I used it. I use this iron twice and it has rust stains on the heat plate and leaving brown stains on clothes. It’s a shame that Amazon sells this product known as defective on its site. The lowest that I can rate is one star but it’s really zero stars. I am unable to return it since it’s been past 30 days..

Great quality steam iron. Easy to handle, not too heavy. Great value for money. When my husband used it, he was very happy with the purchase. We've had it for about 3 months now.

I have tried at least 5 irons over the last few months and they either leaked, didn't give enough steam, didn't glide, or the cord was to short. I wanted the perfect iron and this one is 99% perfect. The cord length is a dream, glides effortlessly over clothes, heats up in seconds, is sturdy when sitting on the board and is very comfortable to hold. The tiny thing that could be improved is the release button to fill the water tank. It's a little odd to push and I have to push several times to get it to open. But for such a minor thing I am not taking any stars off because everything else is so great. I have tried very expensive irons and this one is far superior. Highly recommend.
