Night Time Complex Gummy

They are delicious and they make me drowsy and encourage a good night's sleep

I have a lot of trouble sleeping and a coworker gave me a pack of these. I started using it daily. I confess that in the first few days I didn't feel any difference but now it makes me more relaxed and I can get some sleep. These gummies are delicious. I use it under my tongue until it dissolves.

The gummies were very good and help me to relax before bed time and I would recommend them to friends and family.

Let me first say this is based on me and me alone. They may work entirely for you. I purchased these because I'd had another brand of gummies before and they greatly helped my deep sleep so I bought these as I couldn't get the others again. They taste fantastic, however they do the opposite of what I want. They leave me with a very strange uneasy feeling. Although sleepy my brain is more active and I cannot drift off at all. I have tried this several times and with different amounts but same thing. I hope they work for you. The only way is to try.

It is currently 1:51am as i type this. I fell asleep at 9:30 with two of these gummies in my system as the pervious nights, i've taken only one. I woke up at 12:14am this morning and cannot get back to sleep since. i feel full of energy and cannot close my eyes for a second. These might work for someone else, but definitely not me. I’ve been struggling to sleep for some time now but i would wake up around 3:00. Now it’s even earlier and i know for a fact that in the morning i’m going to be grumpy and exhausted.

Nice and soft to chew and the flavour was really lovelyIt said to take one a night and I just didn’t notice any difference so I started taking more and ended up taking four. At least I can see that they don’t give you any side-effects however I don’t notice any difference in my sleep sadly if anything I think there was too much sugar in there and I was just having sweets before bed, but they did taste lovely

Although they tasted very nice, these do not work anywhere near as good as actual melatonin.

These gummies have a pleasant taste, and do help me to get to sleep.
