No side effects, and ended up pregnant 1 month after taking these! Can’t for sure say it’s because of them, but can’t rule it out either, was trying for 3 months before trying these!

Compre estas pastillas aproximadamente como dos meses porque quería salir embarazada y llevábamos meses intentándolo y nada asi que quise probar, cuando al siguiente mes me vino el periodo las empecé a tomar dos cápsulas por dia ,las tomé durante el periodo y después los dias siguientes cuando esta ovulando, cuando se terminó la ovulacion no las tomé mas .Bueno al siguiente mes no me vino el periodo creo que las pastillas cumplieron su función.

I decided to give this a try after not ovulating for few cycles after miscarriage. Started it right at the beginning of my cycle and I must say I have felt more balanced and finally had clear symptoms of ovulation. 4 starts because I have not been taking them long enough. I will try to update review later on. Update: updating feom 4-5 starts. While I have not yet conceived, these have absolutely helped balance my cycle I now have clear and steady ovulation.

I use supplements to help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to get to know the company and product better, to help you determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out. This bottle comes less than half full, which is one of my pet peeves with many supplement companies. If used as directed it will last one month. I'd prefer they put more capsules in the bottle and/or use a smaller bottle. The expiration date on mine is Apr 2026. There is a very light scent and taste to the capsules, and they are easy to swallow with water. I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says manufactured in the USA, non-GMO, and the acai berry powder is organic. The product page also says 3rd-party tested. I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many questionable ones. Their phone number is on the bottle and the website has a chat feature. Their perelelhealth site is functional and informative. It has a Hello video from Dr. Bayati, a co-founder. They started in 2018 and has their story on the About page, as well as a page introducing their advisory panel. They have active social media and a number of helpful podcasts linked to from their website. There are a number of other features and sources of information on their site as well; you may be interested in checking it out. I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I sometimes focus on feminine health supplements because some of them have such high quality ingredients that are useful for men as well. This one is one of them, and since we're done having children my wife was ok with me using it =) I like the ingredients here, other than the silica, which many companies say they need to use, but the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements that I am aware of refuse to.
