I fell down the stairs and tore up my shoulder pretty good. The design is great to hold my shoulder in place. The quality is good & study, pain relief it helped my shoulder stable. Use - takes 2 people to put it on. For me the functionality was perfect.

Seemed to make me more comfortable as soon as I got it on my shoulder, It is vert sticky so best to have someone do it for you if youcan

It holds up very well and the adhesive is extremely strong. So strong it's ripping my skin. So I recommend to just wear it for 1 to 2 hours (maximum 3 hours), otherwise it will grab and hold onto your skin. I actually cut off the bottom flaps, because it irritates the skin closer to my armpit(when pulling off). Other than that, the athletic tape holds my sore rotator cuff together and I'm able to do wicked strenuous work outs.

I was excited about the prospect of this product given I am schedule for shoulder replacement in two months. I was currently using strips of KT tape. However, these were not easy to use. It was difficult to get the paper pieces off in order of application and most difficult to apply myself. I ruined first piece as it stuck to another part or two! I didn't have much luck with second either but managed to get on wrinkled and all. However, the next day I tried to remove it and it was nearly impossible. It left both sides of my arms bruised from trying to remove it and was very painful. I returned to KT tape. I should have tried smaller order first but I was just positive it was going to be so much better for my shoulder. Wrong! The picture is my arm several days later. Somehow I lost the one with my arm raw!

We found it very difficult to apply even with two adults. The backing is very difficult to get off in sections as it seems to instruct. And one wrong move and it sticks to itself rendering it garbage. Once applied (after several attempts), it seem to help... just too hard to apply for us.

I wouldn’t normally give something such a poor rating but this one needs it. Firstly, the “precut” tearing portions are a joke. Like any other bandaid, once you take off that portion (after struggling to tear it apart because the sections are not precut properly) the fabric of the k tape sticks to itself. Secondly, it states that they are hypoallergenic. Incorrect. I wore it for less than 24 hours and I had not just a rash but what looks to be a chemical burn from the adhesive.
