I like this purifier but it doesn’t work as well as my less expensive one. I was disappointed in that because I wanted this brand for a long time.

More impressive than the large size

Awful Experience. Setup step by step but could never get past WiFi & red filter lights or green light no matter how many times I pressed. Never turned on.

Don't waste your money. This thing was trouble from day one. Customer service told me to remove the filter and press the buttons below it, when it stopped working. Why should this be necessary. It should just work. And it's a real racket that utilizes a non cleanable filter. You must alway buy an expensive new filter. Not that it got that dirty anyway when it was just shutting off all the time. Then one day pressing those buttons below the filter didn't work. OK, maybe a little more effort is necessary. Like with a HAMMER. I guess I don't know my own strength. Was garbage after that. Was actually garbage before that.
