I recently purchased the Mivi SuperPods Immersio, and I have to say, I’m thoroughly impressed! These wireless earbuds deliver exceptional sound quality and comfort at an unbeatable price. Connectivity & Features: The connection is seamless, and I’ve experienced no issues with Bluetooth pairing. Faulty device with worst customer support Reviewed in India on 20 March 2025 Colour: Nexua Black I would highly recommend to stay away from this product since it's a gamble. I received a faulty device and there is no replacement or return option in amazon. I was asked to contact Mivi support and get it fixed. Then started the horrible journey. 1. From day 1 there was a constant static noise in one of the ear phones. Since it was under warranty the product was picked up for repair (more about this later) and returned saying it was fixed. I don't know what kind of testing they have done. 2. Few days later the case issue started. Even after closing it the ear pods were not turning off. Which resulted in constant battery drain. 3. Sent for repair and returned again saying everything was resolved. Couple of days later the same issues cropped up. 4. Today it is the 4th or 5th time in 4 months that I have the same problems and I need to send it to repair. How long can this continue? After the warranty ends it will be dead product. They don't have a policy of replacement. What's the point of warranty when the issues cannot be fixed? If you get a faulty device then you are done. There is no hope for you. Now about the warranty claim. 1. There is no customer support that we can talk to. We have to raise ticket by mentioning issue/issues. 2. The process itself is tedious. Upload bill, fill in details, wait for it to be picked up by blue dart and wait for a week or so to get back the product. 3. Since there is no person that we can talk to, if the product is not repaired then the only thing in your control is to repeat this process. This is extremely annoying. Buying this product is same as gambling. It all depends on your luck. This product comes with strings attached. I would highly recommend not to buy it. Edit: I did copy this from another person who had the same issue before I had purchased it, should have heeded to the advice but went for the product anyways as I liked the design but am suffering the same issue, the product is currently back to MIVI for service and it will be returned the same way I gave it I am sure. I hope this reaches the Manufacturer ears for consideration or atleast Amazon to remove this product. COMPLETELY USELESS, SIMPLY WASTE.

I've been using the Mivi SuperPods Immersion for a few weeks now, and I'm genuinely impressed. The Dolby Audio does make a noticeable difference, especially when watching movies or listening to music with complex soundscapes. It creates a much more immersive feel. The 3D soundstage is a great addition; stadium feel for gaming and, a 3D feel for music and movies. Battery life has been excellent – I've easily gotten through full workdays and commutes without needing a recharge. I've had clear conversations even in moderately noisy environments. The earbuds are comfortable to wear for extended periods, and the Bluetooth 5.4 connection has been stable. For the price, these earbuds offer a fantastic audio experience with a good set of features. Recommended If you're looking for a budget-friendly earbud high quality.

I was very excited to try the Mivi SuperPods Immersio based on the advertised features (Dolby Audio, 60H Battery, etc.), but unfortunately, these earbuds are grossly overpriced for the quality they deliver. Honestly, a basic pair of earbuds costing around ₹599 or less would provide a better and more reliable experience. The biggest issues are: Left Earbud Failure: After a short period of use, the left earbud completely stopped working. This is a massive functional failure and unacceptable for a product in this price bracket. Terrible Battery Life: The promised 60-hour battery life is misleading. In reality, I am getting no more than 90 minutes of continuous playback on a full charge before they die. This is extremely frustrating and makes them unusable for long commutes or workouts. Poor Value: When basic features like reliability and battery life are so poor, the advanced features like "Dolby Audio" and "3D Soundstage" are meaningless. They simply do not justify the premium cost. I strongly advise against purchasing these. Save your money and buy a cheaper, more reliable alternative.

Writing the review after using of ~2 months Pros: Sound quality is good specially Dolby is nice ANC is average Worth to buy in this price Special design Right fit for ears Cons: Some updates needs to be done in connectivity As I’m using this for iPhone, using iPods also but in terms of connectivity this MiVi is very low Phone will connect for pods when the prices are in case also 😆 ANC Should be great but if we add another 1k oneplus buds are more super than this Connectivity side once we open the pods from case if already paired to phone auto connect is not working sometimes Voice notifications should be smooth and sweet Case charging light indication needs to be improved As the pods are made of plastic grip is not that much fix Don’t use it when driving and running There needs to improve few certain areas,, final suggestion is if you want to try India made product try it ..

I have recently ordered Mivi SuperPods Immersio headset, it is excellent sound quality & boss system also purely can hear sounds, received the package was packed very well, its worthy of buying this product...👌👌👌👌👌

Well I did purchased it after reading few reviews however I would rate this is as an average purchase. I bought it for Rs.2200/- but I am sure there were better TWS at this price available in the market. Product wise it is a good product but somehow I was not comfortable using it more than an hour or so. May be this is something I am not used to it and was using a regular wire buds. At times there is a sound lag in it and whenever I use it using a phone dialer on my laptop I cannot hear the dialing sound. Sound and make quality is good. Overall a decent product but I honestly I am still confused if I am impressed or what?
