Lights won’t connect to computer.
Lights work but the program you use to connect them to your computer so they light up while you’re playing and go in sync with what you’re doing won’t allow them to connect. So it’s just lights on the back of the computer that don’t connect with what you are doing. When we tired troubleshooting to fix it we read tons of reviews saying that lots of people can’t get them to connect.

This works as expected. It is perfect for a gamer's room. I got this for my nephew and he didn't have a problem to install.

They're really cool and I like them when they are working. The software is a little weird tho. Sometimes it won't turn on and I have to completely reset my device. All good besides that one hiccup. It's managble and worth it for the price

Lights work, at the cost of your security!
Lights work as well as you'd expect. Was satisfied, until Windows defender showed me that the download from their site contains a Trojan Virus, which is required to access the lights and or turn them off.

Worthless
App keeps crashing on my MacBook within a few minutes of having it installed. Now it crashes within five seconds of having the app open. Will be returning.

Helps Complete My Son's Gamer Paradise
My son got these because unfortunately when building his new PC, he was unable to get the RGB versions of the components he was using, which he was really looking forward to. He's been using them for about 3 months. They are bright and his room looks like an arcade from MY childhood.The only real snag he has reported is that when he first got them, the website the hosts the required software was down. However, they had that resolved within 2 weeks, and he has not had any issues since. He reported the software was easy enough to use via Windows 11 once he did obtain it.
