I personally wish manufacturers would stop putting ashwaganda in all their blends. It's increasingly difficult to avoid it, and a person taking multiple supplements is likely getting more than they need/want/should have. Additionally, I'm not fond of labeling ingredients simply as "proprietary blends" without mentioning how much of each ingredient per dose is being taken. This particular type of product generally needs to be taken for a while and built up in one's system to be effective. I've been taking saw palmetto regularly for over a year now, and can attest to its effectiveness. Additionally, I've taken a few different Kun Shafi products, and have been favorably impressed. Generally speaking, they offer quality, well thought out blends. At the time of this review, a one month supply was $18.90, which is right in line with other similar products. Overall, with the ingredient list, this seems like a solid supplement.However, I am taken back by the fact that there is no country of origin of where the product is produced.Just a distributorship. They do have a website with information about the company and about us.And it does say a lot of the key things about production, but they're very vague. There's no mention about g m p certification or third party testing. Product didn't have any scent.I did try them anyways.Just because of the wide variety of ingredients and didn't have any abdominal discomfort.However, i'm still kind of leery about taking the product due to the lack of information of where the ingredients come from.And how it is produced. Because of this, I had to give it two stars and I am going to probably discontinue taking the product. If you're okay with not knowing how the product is tested or where it's made, this product does have a solid ingredient list.
