I bought this supplement as part of my wellness routine. While I only took it for a short time, I didn’t experience any negative side effects, and the quality seemed solid. I specifically tried it for the pumpkin seed benefits, and I’m satisfied knowing it may have supported my health. I tend to switch up my supplements, but this one left a positive impression. Would recommend it for anyone looking to add quality ingredients to their daily routine

The pills are harmless and have no side effects. Matter of fact, Has had Zero effects as to Prostate wellness. I also recommended this to other 2 friends and the same result: Good for nothing.Just a supplement, but does not help at all. I would say that perhaps all the others in the market maybe work the same. (They do nothing)No visible effects. So at the end, just throwing money to the trash can.No wonder this supplement is not supported by any real physical test or by the FDA.

I don’t recall the details too clearly, as I tend to order supplements frequently, take them for a few days, and then set them aside. I did go through a period where I focused on pumpkin seed supplements. They seemed to work well, as I didn’t experience any adverse effects. Although I've stopped taking them since, I should probably be more consistent with my supplements.
