The media could not be loaded. Unsure how you are actually supposed to use this for hats. It does not open far enough to pit a hat in without smashing the front and therefore, cannot see where you are placing any logos or print. Unusable. And yes. That’s with the handle all the way up. Unfortunately have to return.

After putting it together, I tried to switch to the tumbler sublimation machine and cord was stuck and wouldn't come out. Now I have to only use the heat press and no other attachments. Pissed me off.

The media could not be loaded. I am delighted with the purple color. I like it because it makes multiple jobs easier and the best thing is that I can adjust the pressure for those garments or items. It heats up super fast. I like how my work turns out with this 5-1 iron. Thank you for this wonder.
