I bought this belt around 1.8 years ago and used it regularly for office and daily wear—nothing rough or excessive. It was marketed as “genuine leather”, and at first, it looked good and felt premium. The auto-lock buckle was smooth, and the presentation in the box was nice.However, over time, the quality began to show. The belt split into two, and the outer layer started to peel and crack, clearly revealing it’s not full-grain or even durable leather. It appears to be bonded or synthetic leather with a coating, which wore off much quicker than expected.For a product advertised as genuine leather, this was disappointing.
