Comfortable in all daily tasks, Excellent concealment
This is the first Holster that I have been both comfortable wearing, and confident in it's concealment... Ever (with any of my 4 pistols). I have had zero problems with keeping my M&P40c fully hidden (not concealed, hidden. As in, you can't even see it). For me the ultimate test is the "Target" test. Wear it and drive out to Target, and then spend an hour shopping with the girlfriend. Driving while concealed was pleasurable. There was no fussing with it, no digging into my side, and no fidgeting because it was uncomfortable. Typically, I can't go further than a few miles before I end up sticking my gun in the glove compartment. And I was able to walk around Target with just my shirt covering the grip. My girlfriend said she couldn't even tell I had it. Also, at no point was I worried it would fall out. It stayed in place and felt very secure with it's two belt hooks and Kydex sheath. The adjustments were a nice feature and allowed me to align the Kydex Sheath with my jeans waistline which makes holstering and drawing a breeze. The Kydex fits perfectly. It's snug, but not to the point that it's impossible to draw. The quality of the leather and workmanship was also a pleasant surprise (especially at this price point). It's on par with many higher priced models, and even surpasses some.If you're looking for an IWB holster, this is your best bet for the money. If you'd like it to have a cool name or fancy logo, go buy a Crossbreed.

Great holster
Great holster with a firm hold on my S&W M&P 9 Full-Size Pro-series, and 9c.. The finish is nice. The leather is comfortable and is treated well. The adjustable belt clips hold well and sit tightly to your belt. The screws came loose after 6 months of use and should be locktited once you find a good cant. My biggest issue with this holster is the Kydex molding. I bought the one labeled for my full size. After a little while I noticed that it was wearing the finish on my front sight during my draw. No matter how I draw it rubs the sight. I filed down the front top lip of the holster, but it still rubbed my front sight. So, I cut into it about 1/16" into that section and the rubbing stopped upon my draw...But now 6 months later that cut has grown into 1/8" and the Kydex isn't holding the pistol when the holster is held upside down...This holster might be no good soon enough. I give it four stars because the rubbing off of finish isn't the most awful thing to happen to your pistol and because it did it's job before I modified it. It holds my 9c just fine and always has. Go figure. Don't clip the Kydex to make more room. It'll eventually ruin the Kydex.

Kydex not model specific mold
I almost returned this when I saw the kydex wasn't at all shaped like it was molded for the M&P, and it didn't seem to even go in all the way, until I checked the model number imprinted on the leather and saw this wasn't the wrong model sent to me and then I pushed it with a little more force, where it sat fine. Still not even close to being molded like the M&P, but it sits. The mold may not have been made using an M&P, which is disappointing because the DeSantis leather/kydex holster I bought for my LC9s was molded perfectly to the model gun, but it fits, is surprisingly comfortable, and actually conceals a full sized pistol very well. Another gripe is, even with the DeSantis holster having plastic clips and this one having metal, is that without a belt, the DeSantis is very hard to remove from your pants, meaning drawing is effortless, whereas this one, if you don't have a belt (like I was when I was first trying it out), drawing is extremely easy, except the entire holster comes with it, which may be less than desirable. Probably. Most Likely. Wearing a belt does hold the holster acceptably well though. I just wish the holster was molded to the actual gun, and not from a generic pistol (or maybe it's after a random brand of M&P C02 guns I've seen that had slight variances in the trigger guard)as it seems to have been made. I'm going to keep it for now to see how I like it over time, and maybe those gripes will be less important if it holds up.Also as others have noted the leather doesn't match with the slide/beavertail of the gun, but it hasn't proven to be uncomfortable for me.

Worthless
Couldn't draw with it to save my life, literally. I put it on for a while to try and break it in but no luck. The retention is ridiculous and there is no adjustment. With a belt it is either too loose and damn near rips your pants off trying to draw, or it is too tight and you can't get the gun out at all, not to mention it collapses when you do finally get it out and you cannot re-holster. The front sight channel does not extend the whole way and you snag your front sight every time you pull. Sending it back and spending the extra money on a supertuck.

size matters
bought for a full size S.W. M&P9, and the kydex didnt cover the entirety of the trigger guard.... which is a major problem. Galco must have tried to make the compact size and full size models fit in one holster (like the glock series), but it obviously didnt work out well. The quality of the product was great, but the product itself failed to deliver.returned and bought a crossbreed instead.
