Made well, and effectively sifts flour. I use it for home milled durum wheat for pasta dough.

Very well made and excellent choice for the price. Using it to soft stone ground cornmeal to separate the grits. Works perfect! Thinking about buying another with finer mesh for just the cornmeal instead of the hand sifter I’m using now.

It’s well made. I bought this to filter frying oil but the mesh is so fine the oil will barely go thru. I didn’t know what mesh i needed so i guessed lol. Even water will sit on top so i will buy a couple mesh sizes down and try again.
